How to Use Bath Salts: Simple Steps

• Fill your bathtub with warm water (a comfortable temperature).

• Soak your body for 15-20 minutes to relax muscles and soothe the skin.
• Following the bath, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
• Pat dry and apply your favorite body lotion or oil for added suppleness.
• For a foot soak, combine 1 tablespoon of bath salts with warm water and soak for 10-15 minutes.
